Dr. Khalil Nougaim- Group Chief Executive
Dr. Nougaim is the Group Chief Executive and its principal founder. He is a Cambridge (engineering) and Harvard Business School graduate and has a PhD in Management from MIT. He previously worked with the International Finance Corporation and the World Bank in Washington D.C. and helped in setting up the Industrial Bank of Kuwait where he was the first Investment Manager and a member of the Executive Committee. He also worked for several years with Morgan Grenfell in London. He is a founder and Deputy Chairman of the Egyptian Investment Association and one of the charter founders of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt.
Mr. Mahmoud Mohammed - Chairman of Cairo Funds Management
Mr. Mamoud Mohammed is on of Egypt's most experienced bankers. He was previously the Chairman of Banque Misr, then the Minister of Economy and in charge of overseeing the Banking and Insurance Sectors, as well as the Capital Market Authority. He was also Chairman of the Export Development Bank in Egypt.

Mr. Hassan Atta- Managing Director, Cairo Capital Securities
Mr. Atta has over 19 years of banking experience gained primarily in the fields of financial analysis and capital market activities. Prior to joining CCG he was the Capital Markets Manager of Export Development Bank in Egypt, whereby he was responsible for managing a trading portfolio worth LE 1.8 billion of fixed income and equity products. He was also involved in the preparation and launching of the EDBE Income Fund and a Fixed Income Bond for the Bank for LE 212 million. Mr. Atta holds a BSc in accounting from Cairo University and has completed post graduate studies in accounting, finance and capital markets at Kansas State University, USA.
